Refund Policy
This page describes the refund and cancellation policy for Tayu paid plans. Tayu is operated by Nono — the trading name of sole proprietor Makoto Nonoyama (野々山諒), based in Japan. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid Tayu plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. This applies to first-time purchases of monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@tayutau.app from the address associated with your purchase. Include your order ID (visible in the Paddle receipt email) so we can locate the transaction quickly. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
3. What is not refundable
Refunds are not available for renewal charges on monthly or yearly plans after the initial 14-day window. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through the customer portal (Settings → Manage subscription in the Tayu app).
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription in the Tayu app, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end date.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Merchant of record
Purchases of Tayu paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and refund disbursement on our behalf. Their terms also apply to your transaction.
